MEET YOUR FIT TRAINING STAFF

Powered by positive energy, driven by member results. Working one-on-one creates an atmosphere of accountability between you and your personal trainer. Fit personal trainers are very serious about designing your individual workout program based on your fitness assessment and goals. They take time to listen to you and understand your needs before your sessions begin. Our trainers are experts at pushing you to your limit so you can reach your optimal fitness level in a healthy amount of time.

ZUZANA CALK

As a dual-qualified PFIT and A.C.E trainer, Zuzana draws on her lifetime of intense athletic training and motivating techniques to unleash client potential. While her clients may never participate in fitness at a competitive level, she likes to think we all compete with life in general as we get older and that our physical fitness allows us to win. She loves to see progress in her clients, while being extremely sensitive to injury and personal health issues.

BRIAN KINNEY

Brian is certified by the Professional Fitness Trainers Association. He enjoys working with clientele of different backgrounds and ages, saying “Everyone has a different fitness goal and it’s my job to ensure they reach their goal. I love finding the best way to support an individual’s needs and seeing them make progress.” One of Brian’s areas of specialty is researching and applying the many different ways of working muscles, thereby avoiding the common pitfalls of over-training injury or plateau.

AARIN MOORE

As an IFBB Men’s Physique Pro, Aarin is always finding new and better ways to push his clients to do more than just ‘go through the motions.’ He shares his passion by educating them on nutrition and proper technique. With over 10 years of experience and 3 national accredited certifications, Aarin is always hungry to learn more and stay up to date with all things nutrition and fitness related. His ultimate goal is to be able to help people on a larger scale and emphasize on the importance of proper nutrition and training techniques; including strength, flexibility/mobility and recovery.

GREG DAVIS

Greg has always enjoyed an active lifestyle centered around health and fitness. Greg is a NPC national level bodybuilder and has won many top regional and state level competitions. With over 30 years’ experience as a personal trainer, Greg has developed his own system of training, which focuses on movements that are specific to his client’s needs and their personal fitness goals. Greg holds two national certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He is also certified in myofascial release therapy and active release therapy. In addition to his background in personal training, Greg has been a licensed massage therapist for over 18 years, with a focus on sports massage and therapeutic tissue manipulation. Greg enjoys working with a wide range of clientele and is willing to go the extra mile to help you be a better you.

FLORENCE UNG

Florence is a native Houstonian who developed a passion for health and fitness from a young age seeing family members and friends struggle with health and weight issues. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with minors in Biology and Psychology from The University of Texas and has been nationally certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2007. She has experience working with a wide range of clientele with goals including weight loss, building lean muscle mass, injury rehabilitation and also has experience training prenatal and postnatal clients. Florence is fully committed to helping her clients achieve their goals by designing safe, fun, and effective programs customized based on individual needs. She strives to stay on top of the latest in health and fitness news through constant continuing education. Helping people reach their fitness goals and personal potential has become much more than a job to Florence; it is personally deeply fulfilling and allowed her to do what she loves most on a daily basis. In her free time, Florence enjoys cooking, yoga, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

ERIC TURNER

Certifications: NASM- CPT | Eric Turner joined the Fit team in late 2010 after moving to Houston from Salt Lake City, UT. Having grown up in the mountains of Utah, he spent a lot of time outdoors and has always made a priority of staying physically fit. A classically trained opera singer, he originally went to school with the plans of becoming a high school choir teacher. After finishing school, he became involved in business management and worked his way up the corporate ladder to become a senior district manager for Abercrombie & Fitch and several other retail companies. He left business management, however, to follow his love of fitness. Modeling underwear at a photoshoot, he was asked about his diet and workout routine, and Eric realized he had more to offer the world than instructing teenagers on folding clothes. He decided to take his career in a different direction and became a certified trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Training has become a way for Eric to share his love of fitness, while helping people to improve their lives. You’ll rarely see him training without a smile on his face, because of his love for what he does. He’s proud of all his clients who have hit their fitness and health goals, and he is always looking for the next person to help inspire, motivate, and put them on the path to achieving their goals. In his free time, Eric enjoys music, traveling, snowboarding, fly fishing, hiking, rock climbing, socializing with his friends, and playing with his dogs.
