Once the nylon straps are locked onto an elevated fixture, you'll unlock new dimensions in your training. Resistance can be adjusted from 5 per cent to 100 per cent of body weight by changing the incline of your body, making TRX training ideal regardless of your current fitness level.
Classes are currently being offered Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:00pm taught by Miguel, and Tuesdays at 7:00pm taught by Roland.
